Placing an Order

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose a payment method, and click "Place Order". You'll receive a confirmation shortly after.

Orders can be modified within 1 hour of placement. Please contact us immediately at +91-8805961327 or info@aeromeds.com. Once an order is confirmed or dispatched, changes are not possible.

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Reach out to our support team with your Order ID. If the order is already shipped, please initiate a return once you receive it.

There is no minimum order value. However, orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping.

Yes! For bulk or institutional orders, please contact us directly at info@aeromeds.com and we'll arrange a custom quote.
Payments

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking via PhonePe. We also accept manual bank transfers for select orders.

Yes. All online transactions are processed through PhonePe's secured payment gateway, which uses bank-grade encryption. We do not store your card or UPI details.

This can happen due to a network delay between your bank and our payment gateway. Please wait 15–30 minutes and check your email for a confirmation. If you still haven't received it, use the Order Tracking page or contact us — we will verify and confirm your order manually.

Yes. Enter your coupon code at checkout before placing the order. Discounts are applied automatically. Only one coupon can be used per order.

Yes. A digital invoice is sent to your registered email address once your order is confirmed. You can also view invoice details from your account order history.
Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Deliveries to metro cities are typically faster (2–4 days).

Yes! Shipping is completely free on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges.

Visit our Order Tracking page, enter your Order ID and registered email address to get real-time status updates.

Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned to our newsletter for updates.

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the package will be held at the nearest facility for 5–7 days before being returned. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
Order Status Explained

Your order has been received and is awaiting confirmation. This is the initial state right after you place an order.

Your payment has been verified and your order has been confirmed. We are preparing it for dispatch.

Your order is currently being picked, packed, and prepared for shipping at our warehouse.

Your order has been handed over to our courier partner and is on its way to you. You may receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

Your order has been successfully delivered to the provided address. If you haven't received it but the status shows Delivered, please contact us immediately.
